These are 18x50mm inside the drag chain.    They are the model that fits our Large Drag Chain Brackets. This an open-inside model.  They are easy to open and re-close, unlike many other drag chains we've tested.

The drag chains are significantly larger than the stock drag chains.  For example, they will hold:

  • The stock Onefinity Elite cables
  • PwnCNC spindle power cable
  • Two 10mm coolant lines
  • Three 6mm PwnCNC ATC air lines
  • PwnCNC ATC motor sense cable
  • J-Tech laser cable
  • 4mm air-assist
  • 8mm air blast line
  • Two 6mm dust boot air lines
  • One dust boot control cable

Upgrading drag chain

With maker files for brackets and drag chain order for onefinity elite was a snap, also only used 2 -1”x1” x 54” aluminum angle stock, as I used the stock angles aswell for the chain support. Very satisfied with purchase

The 18x50 Drag Chain is perfect for my Onefinity Elite Journeyman.

I have a PWN CNC ATC System, Ugly Dog Sidekick Dustboot, J-Tech Laser and PWN CNC water cooled spindle with all the associated wire looms, hoses and cabling stuffed into the drag chains. There is a small amount of space remaining for some thin wires but not much.
Because I have Roudy Romans X Gantry Riser Blocks I did have to modify and 3d print the Y axis follower to be taller but it works perfectly.
