Up to 23 tools & Maximum Z travel!

If you want to get the most out of your PwnCNC ATC, these tool racks are a must on your custom table.  If you have a QCW, check out our QCW racks.

First, they allow for the maximum number of tools due to their 55mm spacing.  If you have an ATC, you want to be able to have it use as many tools as possible.  You can fit up to 23 on a Foreman!

Second, these racks allow you to use the full 160mm of Z travel of your Z-20 slider on your Foreman.  Shorter racks waste your Z travel with the tip of your tools below the wasteboard in the lowest position. Journeyman and Woodworker machines have 42mm less Z clearance.

FAST SHIPPING * EASY INSTALLATION

The Foreman models provide enough clearance above the tool racks for tools up to 75mm below the holder.  The Woordworker/Journeyman models that are too short for the probe do also.  The Woodworker/Journeyman models that are tall enough for a probe provide about 62mm.

The racks support up to 1 1/8" flattening bits, and there's a special rack for our 3D Touch Probe on the Foreman.

They come in singles, double, triples, and quads.  This minimizes the number of holes you need to put in your table to mount them.

They're also magnetically removable, which is very important for when you perform maintenance on your machine as fixed racks would block your access to the oil port on the Y axis in the typical mounting configuration.

This also allows you to temporarily remove the racks when you need to use the full width of the machine.

The magnets also allow them to "break away" in the event of a crash, possibly preventing damage, while at the same time, holding them firmly in place.

The Foreman models are tall enough that most of your tools won't require holes be drilled in the table to support them.  They've got over 2" of clearance between the holder and the table.

The Woodworker/Journeyman w/ 3D Probe have just 29mm, and have 13mm less clearance above the tool holder. This compromise allows these racks to support 3D probes.

The Woodworker/Journeyman have 16mm clearance between the holder an the table, and maintain the same clearance above the tool holder as the Foreman models.  However, they're too short to offer a probe option.

These racks are the perfect match for our Sidekick ATC dust boot.  The combo is highly recommended.

They're also designed such that the mounting hardware doesn't show, making for the cleanest appearance possible.

Finally, they're slightly less wide than they are deep, preserving as much of your usable wasteboard as possible and supporting the Ugly Dog wasteboard setup.

These racks are feature-rich and affordable, especially if you purchase the quad racks.

The mounting hardware includes the necessary M4 flat head machine screws and threaded inserts for wood.
